Does the clinic or its staff see patient data?
No. Each doctor keeps their own patients and prescriptions — a strict per-doctor firewall. The clinic account manages its doctors and sees only the aggregate monthly fees its doctors collect, never an individual patient, prescription or clinical record.
How does shared front-desk staff work?
You add staff once from the clinic portal, and each staff member can switch between any of the clinic's doctors to register patients, run that doctor's serial & queue, and record visit fees — without a separate login for every chamber. Only a doctor can write or edit a prescription.
