Step by step
1. Get the registration number
Find the doctor's BM&DC registration number — it should appear on their prescription pad or chamber signboard, or on their registration certificate.
2. Format it with this tool

3. Open the official register
Use the button above to open verify.bmdc.org.bd — the BM&DC's own registration verification web service.
4. Search and read the result
On the portal, choose the MBBS/BDS Doctor tab, paste the digits, select the doctor type, complete the captcha, and search. A match confirms registration; no match is a red flag.
Red flags to watch for
- • No match for a number printed on a pad or signboard.
- • A registration that has lapsed or was never renewed.
- • A degree or title on the pad that doesn't match the register.
