Why the price is per doctor, not per chamber: Bangladesh has just 0.722 physicians per 1,000 people (World Bank, 2023), so a working doctor usually sits in several of the country's 16,979 private healthcare institutions (BBS Survey of Private Healthcare Institutions, 2021). How much does prescription software cost in Bangladesh?+
Most prescription software in Bangladesh runs from a free tier to a few hundred taka a month. Prescriply is Free at ৳0 (200 prescriptions in total, every feature included), Pro at ৳199/month for unlimited prescriptions plus one assistant seat, and Clinic at ৳499/month per doctor. No setup fee; SMS and AI assist are prepaid pay-as-you-go.
Is the Free plan really free?+
Yes. Free is ৳0 — no card required. You get 200 prescriptions in total (a one-time allowance, not a monthly reset) plus the complete chamber revenue and settlement engine, earnings reports, the full drug catalog, ICD-10 and branded PDF sharing. Paid plans only lift the prescription limit and add seats.
Do I get a public profile patients can find?+
Yes — on every plan, including Free. Each doctor gets a public profile and a listing in the Prescriply directory at prescriply.bd/doctors, so patients find you by specialty and book a serial online. Listing is free and placement is never sold; a profile is admin-reviewed before it goes live and shows no patient data.
What counts as a prescription?+
One finalized prescription you create and share or print counts as one against your Free-plan allowance (200 in total — a one-time lifetime count, not a monthly reset). Drafts, edits to an existing prescription, and viewing past prescriptions do not count. Patients, chambers, and visits are always unlimited on every plan.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime?+
Yes. Upgrade to Pro the moment you need unlimited prescriptions, and downgrade or cancel whenever you like from your account — there is no lock-in contract. Paid access runs to the end of the period you paid for, and your prescriptions, patients and earnings data stay with you.
What payment methods do you accept?+
bKash, Nagad, and debit/credit cards. Monthly plans are billed in BDT (৳). Listed prices are final and all-inclusive — the price you see is the price you pay, with no separate VAT or Mushak challan added at checkout. You still get an invoice with our BIN afterwards for your records.
How do SMS and AI credits work?+
AI assist (powered by Amazon Bedrock) and SMS notifications run on a prepaid credit wallet, metered per use — billed separately from your plan, so your subscription price never changes. Automatic SMS for visits, bookings and appointment reminders is off by default and switched on per chamber, so nothing sends or bills until you choose.
